Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal data. We will only use your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy, which is available on our website. Please review our Privacy Policy carefully before using the Service.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Service.

Service Description

Browserbeam is a browser API service that allows you to control real browsers through a REST API. The Service is designed for AI agents, web automation, and programmatic browser interaction. The Service includes:

The Service runs browsers on our infrastructure. Each session operates in an isolated browser context with separate cookies, storage, and cache.

Subscription Plans and Limits

Your use of the Service is subject to the limits of your subscription plan. The Service is billed by runtime (the wall-clock time your browser sessions are open). Plan limits include:

A free trial is available with 1 hour of total runtime (one-time, non-recurring). No credit card is required for the free trial.

We reserve the right to modify plan limits at any time. If you exceed your plan's included runtime, overage charges apply at your plan's per-hour overage rate.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, and without notice.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or that it will be error-free.

We do not warrant that browser sessions will always complete successfully, that all websites will be accessible through the Service, or that automated blocker dismissal will work on every site. Third-party websites may block or restrict automated access at their discretion.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including Paddle (for payment processing) and infrastructure providers (for hosting browser sessions). Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of these third-party services.
